The Residences
Whether you prefer a cozy studio, a comfortable one-bedroom or a spacious two-bedroom unit, you’ll enjoy the independence of your own private residence – convenient and comfortable living spaces to create your own distinctive niche. Each unit features lovely furnishings (or you may bring your own if you wish), wall-to-wall carpeting, a full bath, and individually controlled heat and air-conditioning. Your choice of a full or mini-kitchen reflects your way of life; lofty ceilings, detailed moldings and solid construction reflect our high standard of building craftsmanship.
One monthly residency fee covers it all:
- Furnished studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom unit
- Three meals served daily in the Stratford Dining Room overlooking the gardens
- Daily housekeeping (weekdays), including bed and bath linens
- All utilities, including basic telephone service
- 65-channel cable TV service with select premium channels
- 24-hour front desk, switchboard, concierge and emergency monitoring
- 24-hour on-site Wellness Center, staffed by MyLife Home Health Care
- Full-time Social Director and a vibrant schedule of activities seven days a week
